Work principle of the thermo-forming packaging machines

Thermoforming machines are used for the packaging of honey, jam, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, chilli sauce in single portion blisters. The working method of this type of machines is the following:
1. The machine is loaded with 2 rolls of film - one is used for blister forming process and the other (the laminating film) is used for its top closure.
2. The forming film is warmed up, after which it is thermoformed into the desired shape via a mould (forming die).
3. The product is dosed in the formed blisters.
4. The filled blister is top closed with the laminating film.
5. During the last stage of the process, the blister is cut and separated from the waste material.
