FRESHENERS	Option 1	Flowpack machine for packing of fresheners This is a standard equipment used for such kind of products.
	Option 2	Vertical form fill seal machine for packing of fresheners This is an option with vertical form fill seal machine without a filling device. The operator puts fresheners one by one in the filling funnel of the machine and sends a start signal (using a botton or pedal) for the machine to make one single bag and waiting for another start signal.
	Note:	Option 2 is more economical solution for starting businesses, whereas Option 1 is more suitable for higher capacity needs.

The flow pack packaging machines have a continuous working cycle and are appropriate for the packing of fresheners. The machine is loaded with a thermo-sealable film with the form of a roll, which by passing through the different processes of folding, sealing and cutting, forms the final package. For this type of machines, the product is most often fed manually, by placing it in the pushing sockets, which transport it to the already formed sleeve, which is being cut (via a rotary jaw mechanism) into single packages.

Printing device:
Prints a date, lot and batch numbers, barcode and other obligatory information on the blank field of the package.

Feeding conveyor:
transports the product to the film sleeve.

Packaging machine:
Forms, fills and seals elastic packages. For packaging material is used thermo sealable film in the form of a roll, which by passing through the different processes of folding, sealing, filling and cutting, forms the ready bag.

Depending on the desired level of automation, the customer can equip his packaging installation with the following additional machines and devices:

Printing device Printing date, LOT or batch number, barcode and every other obligatory information on the blank field of the package.	Metal detector Scans and inspects for the presence of metal particles inside the ready packages and puts aside the faulty production.	Rotary table It collects and distributes the ready packages. Prevents the stacking of packages and protects their good appearance.
Checks weigher Recheck the ready packages, which come from the packaging machine and puts aside those that do not meet the set target weight.
