This option for filling and packing of flour works with premade paper bags. The filling machine itself consists of two parts - a screw feeder and a weighing scale. The screw feeder is doble speed - fast and slow. The operation with the machine is quite easy - the operator put thepremade empty bag on a specified place and starts the filling (using button or pedal). Once the target weight is reached, the filling stops, waiting for next start signal.

Screw feeder:
Feeds the product to the empty bag which is placed on the weighing scale.

Weighing scale:
Weighs the product in the bag and control (start/stop) the screw feeder.

Conveyor:
Elevates the product to the feeder's hopper (p.1) and maintain a constant product level.

Filling machine work principle: The operator put the premade empty bag on a specified place and starts the filling (using button or pedal). Once the target weight is reached, the filling stops, waiting for next start signal.
