The blister machines are appropriate for dosing and packing of chocolate spread in single portion blisters. The machine is loaded with film, which is heated to a set temperature. Once heated, the films form can be easily changed by a mould with a specific shape. The product is dosed in the formed blisters, after which, the blisters are top sealed. At the last stage, the blisters are cut and separated from the rest of the film.

Note: Depending on the blister size, the machine could be single or doble lane (1 or 2 blisters at work cycle).

Dosing device:
Measures out a product from bulk by some preset value and sends the ready dosage to the packaging machine (p.1).

Packaging machine:
Forms, fills and seals single portion blisters. The desired blister is formed using a thermoformable film (PVC). Once formed, the blister is filled with product and after that, top sealed with laminating film. The final blister is trimmed and separated from the left waste material.
