Work principle:

The feeding screw of the machine is controlled by a scale where the desired weight is set. The operator should place the empty container on the scale and send a signal (via a pedal or button) in order to start the filling.
The machine could be equipped with ascrew conveyor for maintaining the level of the product in the machine's hopper or ascrew mixer, for working with powder mixtures.

Characteristics of the filling machine:

The machine is proposed in 2 modifications - standalone working place for filling of containers with various sizes and weights (suitable for limited batches and wide assortment) and conveyor type for filling of powders in standard bottles (salterns) (suitable for bulky series and small assortment).

Precise filling on weighing principle (or volumetric used for soil mixtures filling), realized through double step (fast and slow) feeding of the product.

Additional interchangeable filling screws - for working in different weighing ranges. The change of the screw is easy due to integration of a clamp fitting.

Operation through a CPU controller.

Included set of various grids for pricise filling of products with different flowing abilities.

Manufactured from stainless steel, in accordance to the food safety requirements and regulations.

Auto zero function - the machine zeroes itself automatically before each work cycle. This way, the weight of the container is not included in the preset weight.

Possibility for creating preset work programs.
