Horizontal packaging machine HPM-180

The horizontal packaging machine HPM-180 is used for the forming, filling and sealing of plastic bags from the following types: 3 side sealed sachet, 4 side sealed sachet and doypack package. The strong pressure of the sealing jaws is achieved via the integration of the so called camming mechanism, which contributes to the extremely smooth seals of the package

Adjustable sizes of the package, where a large part of the pre-setting is computerized

A possibility for integrating additional devices for attaching a zipper to the package, an easy-open notch, marking, gas injection and an euro slot

A variety of different types of packages can be formed - doypack, doypack with a zipper, three side sealed sachet, four side sealed sachet

INTEGRATION OF A DOSING DEVICE

Depending on the type of the packed product, the packaging machines are equipped with different types of dosing devices. The choice of an appropriate dosing device depends mainly on the specific characteristics of the product and the desired productivity.
