Gravity fall metal detectors

The metal detectors are independent machines, which are integrated to the packaging installations and serve for a quality control of the ready packages. Gravity fall metal detectors are usually positioned under/after the dosing device and on top of/before the packaging machine. Regardless of the belt type metal detector which needs more space, the gravity fall metal detector saves space and as a result, the whole packaging installation becomes more compact at all. The drawback is that the gravity fall metal detector increases the total height of the packaging installation.
