Union Kehlibar Ltd - filling machines

The machine consists of a weigher with 2 stages of feeding - fast and slow. The operator is required to place the empty bag on the specified place, attach it via a pneumatic mechanism and send a signal to the dosing device (via a pedal or a button), so that the dosing can start. The filled bag is closed via an impulse sealer which is installed along a transport belt. The belt transports the filled bag up to the sealer and stops in order to be sealed.

Characteristics of the filling machine:

The machine is proposed in 3 modifications - for working with fragile, granular products (like wood pellets), for working with crystalized, abrasive and powder products like fertilizers, salt, instant drinks and for working with soil mixtures.

Precise filling on weighing principle (or volumetric used for soil mixtures filling), realized through double step (fast and slow) feeding of the product.

Pneumatic mechanism for holding the empty bag.

Operation through a touch screen.

Intelligent control over the holding mechanism. After the bag is hold, the operator has an option to readjust bag holding position and then starts the filling.

Manufactured from stainless steel, in accordance to the food safety requirements and regulations.

The machine could work with a varios bag sizes (which are predefined by the customer).

Possibility for creating preset work programs.
